training program, demo, brochures, posters and on-going media support for its resellers
and dealers.
Spine encourages Software consultants, hardware dealers, marketing agencies etc. to act
the resellers and dealers. The reseller is expected to initiate the discussions with
prsopective clients and give brief explanation about the Products and Services and in case
the client is interested, then, transfer the enquiry to Spine. The commisions are payable
after completion of Sales asper the policies of the Company.
The dealer, on the other hand, buys from Spine and sells to their clients. Complete cycle
of enquiry till sales is completed by Dealer only. Spine provides intensive training to
Dealers' personnel for demo, installation and support for the Softwares.
